Amazing weekend in DC with Tracy, my sister.
First, the welcome and hospitality we received
was overwhelming from a homeschool
family who recently moved from Omaha to DC.
We didn't know the Panter family.
And the connection to them was
certainly the Lord's doing.
In Omaha the kids and I were
enjoying time with several Discovery
families on a Tuesday morning. I
mentioned trying to find a place to
stay in DC, but was having trouble finding
vacancies. One of the moms there spoke up and said
she knew a family in DC who just
might be crazy enough to have us for
guests! After a few emails, and without
any hesitation Holly in DC said "yes!"
Tracy & I are extremely grateful we were able
to attend the rally and meeting the Panter
family was such a neat bonus!!
